Front door: if you are willing to go out when the reception is closed, please close the front door with the key

When booking a room a written confirmation by e-mail, fax or post is required. Reservations are definitively confirmed when a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the booked stay has been received, or after credit cards details (name, number and expiry date) have been acquired.

Up to 8 days prior the day of arrival no fee is charged. From 7-3 days prior the day of arrival a fee of 50% on the agreed amount will be charged; for 2 days or less from the arrival, as well as in case of early departure, the total amount of the deposit will be charged.
In the event of No Show (when guests do not cancel and fail to appear at the hotel): the first night for each room plus 75% of each following night for each room will be charged.
