In order to secure your reservation, we request a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay. As soon as we receive the sum we will send you the confirmation of your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
• Up to 8 before your arrival: No fee is charged and the deposit will be reimboursed.

• 7 to 3 days before your arrival: A fee of 100% of the deposit will be charged.

• 2 days before your arrival and no show: The total amount of your stay will be charged.

Pre-AUTHORIZATION
The Sunset rerves the right to check the validity of credit cards, before the client arrival, requiring a pre-authorization. A pre-authorization will place the pre-authorized amount (from one night to the enitre price of the booked stay) in a holding-state and temporaryly reduce ones’ credit card limit, but NO AMOUNT IS CASHED and will not be reflected in one’s credit card statement. Depending on one’s credit card bank’s agreement, THE PRE-AUTHORIZATION WILL AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRE AFTER 15-20 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION AND THE AMOUNT WILL BE DROP OFF. A non-valid transaction implies an AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION of the reservation: the guest will be notified and the Sunset will have no obligation to the guest anymore.
